It is very necessary for operators of forklift to gain a level of training and sophistication with their skill.  This is one of the reasons why the verb is “operating” and not “driving” for forklift equipment.  There are forklift training schools every where that can help operators gain formal trainings and acceptable certifications from government agencies.  The operators are taught not just about the safety in driving and in taking care of the goods that are present on the load.  Much more, they will be taught to maintain the machine.  At the end of the day, the company will save more from the training.
