It is so hard to be the employer because one wrong move and you and the rest of the management will be hauled of to court because your employees are suing you.  Best to get Employer Liability Insurance so you will be protected from those employees whose out there to make trouble. Some of the employees’ complaints are legal but there are still some who wants to make a better life faster and that meant getting some piece of lawsuit action.  It’s true!  There are employees like that.  We had a couple of those already and I had my share of the limelight in the witness stand.
