Traders get frustrated at their jobs when the trades they’re making don’t go the way they want them to, but this can lead to a downward spiral that never picks up. Part of that frustration has to do with negative thinking that infects every decision. We may start to see trading as a battle of us against them and think that there’s an enemy out to sabotage our trades so we don’t make money. We might take things too personally and start naming ourself as a “loser” who will never succeed. To turn this around, you have to shake off these negative beliefs and start each day with a positive frame of mind. Realize that the forex market always rallies and that you’ve got a good chance of catching one of these upswings. Things will begin to look up for your business at that point.
