My dad wants train me for exporting because he wants his business to branch out. Although now his plans are not really pushing through because of the recent recession so his plans are a bit delayed which is causing him much stress.  Even if the actual  export training is delayed, he is teaching me the concepts of Ethical Trading, what is too much and too little of it.  Having too  much ethics will also kills the business as people will take advantage of you.  He knows that I have to  much ethics and he thinks I might be taken advantage of.  While having too little would also kills the business as no one would like to trade with you.
