I work for a doctor who, bless his heart, still lives in the “Write everything down on paper” era. People have tried to tell him about how technology has made emr software and other things to make the doctors office run a bit more productively. So you can imagine all of our surprise when he called us all in for a meeting this morning. He waited for everyone at the door and told them to go straight into the lounge area. We were all afraid that he was going to do cut backs or layoffs.  We were all very wrong about that.
