I think every teenager should have the opportunity to celebrate their sweet 16 birthday party the right way and have a huge deal made over it.  This is such a fun age, and I wanted to make sure my daughter felt special for her 16th birthday.  I told my husband to find a Jersey City NJ catering company who could come out to our house for our party.  By having the meal catered, I can be free to worry about all the other party planning things without having to worry about making food.  We are expecting quite a large crowd, and I wanted to make sure I had enough food.
