Changing My Workout Routine
June 30, 2010 3:48 pm Health and FitnessOne of my favorite things to do at the gym is to jump on the elliptical and just get lost in a book or magazine. I have been doing that for years and unfortunately I think my body is resistant to any change at this point. I realized one day that I was in a terrible rut and needed to doing something drastically different so my body would respond to it. I decided the greenville pilates class was just the solution. I was so right! I have been taking the class for over a month now and can already see a huge difference.
