I am the type of person that must see the big picture before I can get started on something new. I can not just jump into something before I do a lot of research and compare and contrast all the elements that I am looking for. I have heard a lot about the Mediterranean Weight Loss Plan but I had to make sure that overall it was good for my health and my weight. I have suffered some heart problems in the past so I am very aware that some diets can actually be damaging to the body if you are not careful.
