if you are looking for the 3 best situps then you are going to be looking for the swiss exercise ball. the situps that you do on the swiss ball are much better then the ones that you do on the floor. the range of motion is much better on the ball because you can get a much better range of motion on the ball. i use it all of the time now to get my workouts done. i feel that it is awesome and i am not happy that i ignored  the swiss exercose ball for as long as i did.
