the sought after 6pack
September 8, 2010 12:47 pm Health and Fitnessa great set of 6 pack abs is sought after by many trainers but is only found by fewq. this is because the home stretch is so tough. you have to really be on your diet to gt that really ripped and peeled look that you see in the magazines. and this is not some thing that you cn have all year around eitherr. but is cool to have every once in awhile though. i know that i never have been able to get that reallly dried up defined look, but i will get it this time i givew it a try. i know some tips to lose fat.
