An alternative to using free weights

Free weights isn’t the only way to get shaped and build muscle. Although it’s the way that most people, especially men think is the right way. How ever if you’re not educated in resistance training then you wouldn’t realize that you can get every bit as good a workout from home using nothing but exercise resistance bands. You can save the money on the gym membership, or buying expensive free weights for use at home. Also you can take your home gym with you when you travel or go on vacation. Don’t get caught up in the mainstream way of working out and thinking that you need to use free weights to build muscle. It’s just not the truth.
