I am once again embarking on a quest to lose twenty pounds, but this time, I have something more at stake because I am getting ready to be married in about eight weeks. I don’t know if it’s realistic to lose that much weight that fast, but I know I have to try. I can’t bear the thought of seeing my wedding photos for the next fifty years looking like I do now. I thought I might an old-fashioned diet where you just eat less and exercise more, but I need a way of tracking my calories and activity level. I have heard of a software program called DietPower that helps track that sort of information and I think I will give it a try.
