Some people are looking to do workouts for weight loss, while others are looking to get into weight lifting workouts to build muscle. You have to get into the gym or get to work at your home in order to get anywhere. You are going to be sore, you are going to go through pain and be uncomfortable. This is all part of the process, you will be all the better for toughing it out. Once you get to caertain point in you training you will look back and be able really be proud of a great accomplisment.
