How I Said Goodbye to Panic Attacks and Hello to Life

I will admit that until I found this method for managing panic attacks and anxiety I was controlled by them and I had lost my life in many ways.  Now that I have gone through the panic away course I have said goodbye to those panic attacks and hello to life!  Please understand I still get that beginning panic feeling now and then but I have been able to work through it more effectively and they have lessened in length and strength. I do not have panic attacks everyday anymore.  Now they are a less common occurrence in my life and I can go on with my day without the anxiety and worry of having one.
