Keep The Muscle, Lose The Fat

Getting rid of extra pounds is usually always a good thing, unless you are losing too much muscle mass as compared to fat mass.  Knowing how to enjoy a workout that targets how to lose fat not muscle is very important.  There are very few programs out there that talk about this kind of issue, but it is an issue.  If a person were to develop bad habits of losing the much needed muscle mass, this trend could rapidly decrease a persons health into their older years.  Muscle mass is essential for a healthy older season of life.  Not just for the women, but also for the men.
