Omission Causing Accident
December 30, 2008 10:22 am HealthSure, of all the places that I had to get into an accident, it had to be when I was on vacation. We recently took a little trip to New York and we rented a car to get out of the busy areas. It turns out that they have a couple of driving laws that are different then in my state and I did not know them. Is there any way to prove omission with a New York Auto Accident Lawyer? Because even if I did not know the legal driving laws, the other driver was still going way too fast in the area where we were driving.
