The relationship between protein and feeling healthy stems from the fact that our bodies need to have a diet that  include protein to give us energy and a feeling of well being.

If we eat a diet that is low in protein often the rsult is that we feel that we have little energy and for this reason anyone who is involved in any type of sport where strength is important such as weight lifters will eat a high protein type of food that offers the energy levels required to perform to the maximum levels.

Rember to check the proteins in the foods that you are buying and try to keep to a well balanced food intake depending on your needs. There is a lot of information available about the recommended levels needed.
