It is difficult to do proper research into the area of yeast infections, simply because it is difficult to get accurate data since it is widely believe that many people do now bother going to the doctor with the problem and instead just wait until it goes away by it self or they look for information on how to get rid of a yeast infection at home.  This is why this problem is probably increasing.  Well, it isn’t neceserally why since the reason it is probably increasing probably has a lot more to do with our lifestyle and what we eat and how we live than not reporting the problem. However, by not seeing there doctor the chances are that they will take long to deal with the problem themselves plus you have to understand that there are worse things than a Candida infection and if you have one of those then you need to get it dealt with ASAP and there is no safer way to diagnosing what exactly you are suffering with, other than seeing your doctor.
