Before you completely discount the Small Bathtubs as a choice in your home, keep in mind that today’s bathtubs are nothing to sneeze at. In the past smaller tubs were inconvenient, hard to lay down in, and often were installed but not used because they just didn’t offer enough room to take a bath in for an adult. For children this wasn’t a problem, and if your installing a child’s bathroom tub this would be fine. If your thinking of saving room in your bathroom and want to use the tub for adults, you can get a small, but taller tub (like a soaking tub) that will allow you to sit in the tub and soak in a full body space of water!
