My husband and I took an old house that we bought on tax auction. We really got it at a steal, then we figured out why their were so few people bidding on this house. We opened the door and were shocked. First we needed to do a complete kitchen remodeling just to move in. While my husband would do something big, I would work in another room. He put in the counters with a good friend of ours. Then for counter tops we really had to do some shopping around. I built the counters myself. We were glad to move in when the kitchen was done.
