We made some changes to the upstairs in our house once my oldest daughter moved away to college. We turned her room into a media room complete with a wall screen TV and room darkening blinds. The screen was 81″ on the diagonal, pretty huge and the LCD projector was at the other end of the room to make an image that size. But in the middle was a big triple window. The special blinds were ordered and hung blocked every last little bit of light from those windows. so when you wanted to watch the big screen, the room was real dark.
