Before I purchased my new home, I did a little research on my own. I actually ended up finding out that a Modular Home is a more wise choice. The fact of the matter is, a modular house built in a factory with machines that cost thousands of dollars, has higher quality control standards and are of a more sound construction.

Between the precision factory machines that are used to fabricate the parts, and the over 12 unannounced visits for inspection, plus the fact that the materials that they use to build a modular house are of a higher quality, I realized that my choice of a modular house would be a smarter one.
