Recently we did some work in our kitchen. Glad we did. The bench top resurfacing option we went with has really paid off. And now instead of a dated, off-white surface running along the wall of one side of the room, we have a smart, granite look-alike in its place with a modern look to it. Really great. A friend who is a builder did the work for us. Well, actually I picked up tools and helped him. So it was done quickly and with little fuss. The manufacturer was late with the made-up bench, but that was OK. We moved the kitchen back into the kitchen (so to speak) and made do even when the bench top was still not made up in the factory.
