My wife and I are relocating to the West Midlands as I have had a promotion at work and we would like to buy a new home.  Our family is growing up and although the children are all still at home, it won’t be long before they fly the nest.  However, we still need a four bedroom house with a garden and car parking.  We have seen some new home developers in the west midlands and have had a look at the developments online.  We have booked an appointment to go and view one of the developments to see if it is what we need.
