I was looking for something for my son and I to do together.  When I found out that kids were still competing within the guidelines of a collectible card game I suggested to him that they allow myself and a few of the other fathers to join them.  At first you would have thought that I had asked for the keys to Fort Knox but they gradually warmed to the idea.  I think they saw it as a chance to show up the old men.  Now that we have been introduced to the games and know the basic ideas we are able to compete on an equal basis.
