The internet has been evolving very fast in the past 20 years. I had my first computer less than 5 years ago and now I manage over 200 websites. A person who is willing to learn will get very far fast on the internet. With the coming of web 2.0 and such sites as MySpace, Youtube and Twitter people got more interested in the web as it got accessible to everyone.

We can ask ourselves what does web3.0offer? Most probably the enphasis will be more on the customer and the interaction they are getting with other people and the merchant will listen to the needs of his customers.
