When writing a paper in college on the cause and effect of hurricanes, I learned so much interesting information.  Things I would not otherwise have known if it had not been for the extensive research required to complete the assignment.  Not only was I able to find plenty of materials at the library, but I also found valuable knowledge through Hurricane Discussion forums.  These forums allowed me the opportunity to not only learn scientific facts, but also learn how a hurricane impacts individual lives.  The best part is, if I had a question about a certain topic posted, all I had to do was ask it and I would receive several helpful responses.
