Personal Trainer Tips: Setting Up a Training Program

7:45 pm News

A cardinal rule of personal training is that every regimen must be tailored to suit the needs of the trainee. As personal trainer, it is your job to map out a path for your client so they can reach their goal. How you design the regimen will depend partly on what this goal is, but that is not all.
