Who is the person or consumer that is targeted to take payday loans online? I wonder if they came around when all of the people lost their jobs recently over the last couple of years or did they start back about ten or fifteen years ago when the Internet really became popular with people. I know that a lot of people are beginning to gain some trust in banking on the Internet. It was hard for a lot of people I know to start trusting how safe the Internet is and only just recently started to even check their balances on the Internet.
