It is so hard to go thru migration.  I was able to experience around 2 different sets of migration and it really was hard for both management and the employees. Aside from the 2 different sets of people you have to group and regroup together, there are also processes that you have to look into, 2 totally different processes coming from each of the companies and do not forget, one of the more crucial item on the list is Data Center Migration.  Without the success of this, the company would not be able to survive because it needs both to survive.
