I find that I have to choose between Dish Network vs Direct TV. I am also finding that this is a very hard decision. I guess I need to look at what is the most important thing to me alone since I am going to be the one who will be using the service. To me, customer service is this most important thing. I would like to know how the customer support areas of each of these providers treat those who call them. Has anyone had dealings with one of these companies? Please share how the customer support personnel treated you on the phone and how the technicians who come to your house treat you as well.
