My wife and I have two mobile phones on the same account.  I travel a lot and make a lot of use with my phone.  My wife barely uses her phone.  I absolutely must change companies to get better pick up, but the craziness of trying to inform all of my customers, changing business cards, wow.  While I was out of town I knew make an o2 pac code request so that the paperwork would be on my desk when I returned home.  I did not yet know which company I was going to go with, but at least the process is started.
